Venson Wang

After graduation, he worked as a database consultant at Informatica Inc. in the United States for two years. His transition into the financial sector was driven by his investment experience in the primary market.

He later served as the executive assistant to the Chairman of a multinational corporation, where he was responsible for over 10 companies corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, pre-investment evaluations in both primary and secondary markets, and post-investment corporate management.

As the founder of Headwater Capital, he leverages big data and AI to assess investment opportunities in startups and oversee post-investment management. He also serves as a board member and executive in multiple startups.
