Edison Chen

Dr. Chen, who holds a Ph.D. in Systems Management from the University of Pennsylvania, has over 30 years of industry experience. He currently serves as a Project Advisory Committee Member for Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, and also holds key roles as Chairman of Angel Investments at An Sichuang Fu, CEO of the New Southbound Global Industry-Academia Association, Director at the ESG World Citizen Foundation, and Chief Consultant for IBM’s Strategic Solutions Division.

Formerly an IBM strategic consultant, his recent work has focused on ESG policies and technology applications. He has assisted businesses such as the cooking oil recycling team DGM Yong-Rui and the heavy oil cracking innovator Shiwei Technology in successfully commercializing their products and expanding into overseas markets, including the United States.
